Some users may experience the dropdown menu button disappear from Vendor Response Templates for BidTables or Questionnaires. This can happen due to compatibility issues with newer versions of Microsoft Excel.
Even though the button for the menu is not visible, it should still function normally if you click in the bottom-right corner of the cell:
