The project owner says they've sent a Public Notice, where do I find that?

When a Buyer has informed you that there is a new Public Notice you can find it by logging into their Bonfire portal, navigate to the Project Details page of the opportunity you are submitting to, and viewing the message from the Messages section under the Public Notices tab.
