The project owner says they've sent a Public Notice, where do I find that?

When a Buyer informs you that there is a new Public Notice, you can find it by logging into your Euna Procurement portal, navigating to the Project Details page of the opportunity you are submitting to, and viewing the message in the Messages section under the Public Notices tab.
