If you create multiple Submissions using different emails, Euna Procurement treats each one as a separate Submission.
As long as you have not previously used any of the emails to create another Euna Procurement Vendor account, you can create as many free Vendor accounts as you require (refer to the Vendor Registration page for more instructions on how to do this).
Sometimes Buyers may set up their bid to accept alternate bids from the same Vendor email (for example, one primary Submission plus one or more alternates).
