When preparing your submission in Euna Procurement, there are a few reasons a file might not upload into an upload slot.
Keep the following in mind:
- Confirm you are uploading the file type requested by the buyer.
- Confirm you are not attempting to upload multiple files into a slot that accepts only one file.
- When uploading a Questionnaire or BidTable, Euna Procurement accepts only the most up-to-date filled-out Vendor response template downloaded from the platform.
Note
Questionnaires and BidTables can currently be edited only using Microsoft Excel.
Important
Project Owners may update and replace BidTable or Questionnaire templates throughout the life of a project. If this happens, you need to re-download these templates, since you can only upload the most up-to-date template to Euna Procurement. The Project Owner generally sends a Public Notice to notify Vendors of any changes to these templates.
