This article serves as a repository for keeping track of product releases and release notes related to Vendor processes and workflows. The date of the product release is followed by the updates that happened on that day:

• Bug Fix: Recommendation email links that occasionally had an identity crisis now correctly navigate to the opportunity you clicked.

• Fixed support article links on Recommendation settings: they were sending you to the internet's version of a dead end. Not our finest moment.

• Pro Vendors: AI now fills in your keywords and commodity codes
  • Remember spending 20 minutes staring at commodity code lists wondering which obscure codes describe what you actually do? We taught AI to figure it out for you. Add your business description, and we'll suggest keywords and codes that make sense. You'll still be able to make additional changes, but we can now help you get started!

• We made finding agencies easier on the Agency Explorer
  • You can now search for agencies by name instead of scrolling through the full list. e.g., type in "Austin" and we'll find "Austin ISD," "University of Texas at Austin," and anything close. Search works with location filters too!

• Language Support in Vendor Registration
  • During Registration through an agency portal (dependent on the organization setting) and through Euna Supplier Network (ESN), there is a language selector for Vendors who would like to do onboarding in a different language.

• Improved Project Recommendations
  • We're making Project Recommendations more personalized and effective. If you're subscribed to the free tier of Euna Supplier Network, you'll now receive recommendation notifications only from agencies you've registered with (even if those agencies are outside your service region).
• Want more recommendations?
  • Register with neighboring agencies or agencies you'd like to work with by visiting the Agency Explorer tab under Opportunities. You can also manage your preferences in the My Network tab, where deactivating an agency stops both recommendations and project invites from them.

• You no longer receive bid recommendation emails and bid invites from agencies you have marked Deactivated in your portal.

• Agency Explorer for suppliers.

• Vendors can now access their Euna Supplier Network portal directly from the Agency Public Portal

  This update is designed to make things simpler for both Vendors and Agencies:

  • Agencies can now just point Vendors to the new option in the portal if they need to update their account info, add keywords, or access other settings.
  • Vendors have a much easier, more intuitive path to their ESN (Euna Supplier Network) portal, with no more confusion about where to go.

• External Tasks in CM Launched: Allows contract managers to create and send tasks directly to Vendors associated with the contract.

• Notification Center labels for Real Time email notifications updated to say Semi-hourly to more accurately reflect email timing.

• Subcontractor interest feature is now named Prime/Subcontractor interest.
• Vendors can now express interest in being either a Prime or a subcontractor in the form.
• Vendors can delete and/or edit the form.
• New tab added to view Vendors interested in being a Prime as well as a Subcontractor on opportunity page.

• New security feature: Two-Factor Authentication. Vendors can now configure two-factor authentication from the Settings page and use any Authentication app of their choice. Support article: MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)

March 6, 2024

• To receive Nation-wide opportunities, Vendors must specifically select this option in their preferences. They are no longer included by default if any state or province is selected.

February 21, 2024

• NAICS Commodity Codes were updated to the 2022 edition.
• Deactivating a Buyer Organization also disables future invites to Public Notices associated with those invites from the organization.

January 10, 2024

• Resubscribe to Public Notices: users can re-subscribe to Public Notices from a project to begin receiving emails again when new addenda are published.
