If you click a link provided in a Microsoft Word document and see a redirection to a page saying you need to update your browser, but you are already using a current version, then you may be experiencing a pre-loading error.
This error is caused because Microsoft Office attempts to pre-load the webpage using its own generated URL. The pre-load request appears as if it is coming from Internet Explorer 7, which causes Euna Procurement to redirect to the unsupported browser page.
Procurement Professionals
If you own the Word document, save it as a PDF file to provide to Vendors, Reviewers, or other parties. Also provide the exact URL in plain text so that users can copy and paste the link directly into their own browser.
Other Users
Copy the link from the document and paste it into the address bar of your browser, instead of clicking the link directly. Ensure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the web address.
