Depending on how tight your network's security settings are, you may receive a message stating that your firewall has blocked access to Euna Procurement.
Whitelist the following Euna Procurement domains:
- ***.eunasolutions.com
- ***.bonfirehub.com (US)
- ***.bonfirehub.ca (Canada)
Also whitelist Amazon Web Services (AWS) (https://aws.amazon.com/) and the Zendesk ticketing system (https://procurement-help.eunasolutions.com/). Once these are whitelisted, you can access all of Euna Procurement without interference.
To ensure proper navigation within Euna Procurement, also whitelist https://react-modules.bonfirehub.com/ and https://react-modules.bonfirehub.ca/.

Euna Procurement does not have a central procurement portal, so the wildcard domains above (***.bonfirehub.com and ***.bonfirehub.ca) are the best web addresses to whitelist to ensure complete access to all of Euna Procurement's purchasing organizations.

This ensures that you receive both responses to support tickets and critical system-generated emails, for example account confirmations and submission receipts.
