How can I view public contracts?

Public Contracts is a feature that can be enabled if requested by the Purchasing Organization. With this feature enabled, you see an additional tab on the Public Portal titled Public Contracts. Only contracts that are marked as public are visible here.

Vendors can click into any contract to view its details and gain access to any listed documents without logging into Euna Procurement.
