How do I contact Technical Support?

Euna Procurement (Bonfire) Support Team is available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. On holidays that are not statutory in both Canada and the US, we operate with a skeleton staff - we're still available to help you, but we might not be as quick as we usually are!

If you need assistance after hours, our Knowledge Base is here to help! If your question wasn't answered using resources on our Knowledge Base, someone will get in touch with you the following business day.

There are multiple ways to contact Technical Support:

You can contact Bonfire Support directly by emailing us at support.procurement@eunasolutions.com

Your Organization Portal

Once you are on an Organization home page, you can select the Purchaser Help Center link located at the bottom of the screen:

This will take you to a page where you can access our Client Hub (Knowledge Base) or email our support team for further assistance.

Your Organization Portal - Other Resources

The help button holds a variety of resources such as access to both our knowledge bases (Purchaser and Vendor), our training program which allows you to register for upcoming free webinars, announcements that provide news on what is coming and what has been updated and finally product feedback.
