How do I reset my password?

Note: If you log in via SSO (Single Sign-on) then please reach out to your System Administrator or IT team. 

If you have forgotten your password and would like to create a new one, start by navigating to the login screen and enter your email address. After entering your email address click on submit:

Once you have clicked the Submit button, you will then have access to the Forgot password? link:

Once you've clicked on the Forgot Password? link, it will take you to a recovery screen. You will then see a confirmation message saying that a recovery code has been sent to the email address you provided:

Please check your emails to find the code that was sent so you can enter it on the recovery screen:

After you have entered the Recovery code you will then be taken to another page to update your password:

Once you've clicked the Update button your password will be changed. You can now use your new password to log in to Bonfire.

NOTE: If you are still unable to log in after resetting your password, your browser's autofill feature may be inputting a previous password. In this case, we recommend referring to your autofill settings and/or switching to a different browser.
