When I open a BidTable or Questionnaire, why can I only see instructions?

BidTable Templates

Once you open the BidTable template, the Excel spreadsheet contains two to three different tabs or sheets:

1. Instructions: Detailed instructions on how to fill out the spreadsheet created by the Buyer.
2. Primary Responses: This is where you enter your primary responses and choose which items you want to bid on or not bid on.
3. Additional Responses: This is where you can enter additional responses for items found under Primary Responses, if applicable.

Questionnaire Templates

Once you open the Questionnaire template, the Excel spreadsheet contains three different tabs or sheets:

1. Instructions: Detailed instructions on how to fill out the spreadsheet created by the Buyer.
2. Summary: Tracks how much of the Questionnaire you have filled out.
3. 1, 2, 3, and so on: This refers to the different Question Sets or pages of the Questionnaire to be filled out. Note that the Buyer can create multiple Question Sets.
