Where do I find the opportunity listing or Project?

Each organization using Euna Procurement has its own unique Portal (i.e. website) where bid opportunities can be found. After registering for a Bonfire account, you will be able to log in and gain access to public bids and the posted bid documentation. 

Where to Check

If you're unsure how to find an organization's Euna Procurement Portal, you can check several areas:

• If you were invited to the Project through Euna Procurement, you can access the Portal and Project directly by following the link embedded in the email invite sent directly by the buyer.
• In some cases, you may be provided a direct link by the buyer or an invitation not through Euna Procurement; in this case, you'll want to review the email message carefully to see if a link was provided.
• The link to the Euna Procurement Portal is often also found in the documentation of the Project, such as the RFx document that includes the rest of the specifications.
• Sometimes the organization will provide a link to their Euna Procurement Portal on their own website.

Troubleshooting Steps

If you've checked each of these locations and are unable to find the correct Portal, try the following troubleshooting steps:

• If invited to an Invite-Only project, confirm that you  are logging in with the email address that was invited to the Project.
  • Example: if yourname@yourcompany.com was invited to a Project, be sure to log in with the Euna Procurement account with the yourname@yourcompany.com Euna Procurement account, rather than a different email address such as departmentname@yourcompany.com. 
• Euna Procurement has a similar name and look to Euna OpenBids. Confirm which platform is hosting the bid or project, and ensure you are logged into the right platform.
• The Project may not have been Published yet. If you are unable to find the project and you are confident you are on the right Euna Procurement portal and logged into the right account, then the Project's Open date may have changed or may still be upcoming.
