NOTE: These steps only apply if you have access to your account. Please see our How do I reset my password? article if you've forgotten your password.
If you would like to manually change your password, you can do so via the account settings page following the instructions below. Please note that this will affect your login credentials for all portals that you log in to.
1. After logging into your account, click on the chevron located beside your name in the top right hand corner and then click Settings.
2. Select the Email and Password tab from the left sidebar. Please note that the tabs on the left may vary depending on your user account type.
3. Towards the bottom of the page, you'll see a header titled Update Your Password. Click Update.
4. After you click Update, you'll see the below:
5. Enter your new password, then click Update.
6. You may be required to re-authenticate; if so, you'll see the login screen again. if so, enter the password you just created.
Once you've clicked Continue, your password change will be complete!
