These steps only apply if you have access to your account. Refer to the How do I reset my password? article if you have forgotten your password.
If you would like to manually change your password, you can do so via the account settings page following the instructions below. Note that this affects your login credentials for all portals you log in to.
1. After logging into your account, click the chevron located beside your name in the top-right corner and then click Settings.
2. Select the Email and Password tab from the left sidebar. Note that the tabs on the left may vary depending on your user account type.
3. Towards the bottom of the page, you see a header titled Update Your Password. Click Update.
4. After you click Update, you see the following:
5. Enter your new password, then click Update.
6. You may be required to re-authenticate. If so, you see the login screen again and enter the password you just created.
Once you click Continue, your password change is complete.
