Every Vendor account in Euna Procurement has three parts: the User Account, the Global Vendor Record, and the Organization Vendor Record.
Your User Account holds the authentication information you use to log in to each Euna Procurement Portal you interact with. It carries your Global Vendor Record information to each new organization you sign in to.
The Global Vendor Record is where you enter details about your company, such as your address, phone number, and commodity codes. Each time you log in to a new Euna Procurement Portal, Euna Procurement creates a copy of your Global Vendor Record called the Organization Vendor Record.
The Organization Vendor Record is a copy of your Global Vendor Record that the organization you logged in to can modify. This setup lets each organization add relevant registration fields, documents, and notes, and make necessary changes, without conflicting with other organizations that want to do the same.
When you change one of these three components, such as updating your email address, the change does not carry over to the other two.
To review or change any of these details, see Account Settings Overview (for Vendors).
