Changing Your Notification Settings

You can adjust which notifications you receive in your Account Settings. This option is available to both Euna Supplier Network and Euna Supplier Network Pro users, and it takes only a few clicks.

  1. Go to your Vendor Hub by logging in to any Euna Procurement portal and going to Settings.
    1. You can also go directly to the Vendor Hub: Euna Supplier Network
  2. On your Portal Settings, click Global Vendor Record > Manage Global Record. Global Vendor Record menu with Manage Global Record option.
    1. If you used the Euna Supplier Network link in step 1, skip to step 3.
  3. Click Account Settings along the top, then click Notifications on the left sidebar. Account Settings with the Notifications tab.

The following options are available:

  • Unsubscribe from all notifications: Unsubscribes you from all notifications. To unsubscribe from notifications for a specific agency, refer to What is My Network?
  • Opportunity Recommendations: Manages the daily emails that Euna generates automatically based on your recommendation settings. The options are Daily or Unsubscribe. By default, you are unsubscribed. For more information, refer to How do I Subscribe to Opportunity Notifications?
  • Invites from agencies: Manages the emails sent when agencies create invites. The options are Real-time, Daily, and Unsubscribe. The default is Real-time. The daily report is a digest sent at 12:00 p.m. ET that includes all invites from the last 24 hours, grouped by agency. Only the Admin and users with the Edit Org Info role can change this setting.
  • Messages: Manages the emails related to messages sent from a Project: Public Notices, Public Q&A, and Vendor Discussions. The options are Real-time (an email is sent for each message) and Daily (messages are sent as a digest at 12:00 p.m. ET, grouped by agency, then by message type).

When you finish making your changes, click Save.

Important

Changing your Messages setting from Real-time to Daily changes how often you receive communication from Buyers and Procurement Professionals. If you are in an active solicitation, consider keeping Messages set to Real-time instead of Daily or Unsubscribe.
