On the Settings page, when uploading a profile picture for the first time (or changing an existing one), you may encounter an error with code 500 or a general Network Error.
If so, this is most likely caused by the file in question being larger than the max dimensions allowable for the display picture OR it is the incorrect file type.
Please ensure the file is one of the following types: .gif, .jpg/.jpeg, .png, and is under the maximum allowable dimensions of 2048px by 1536px.
