There are two options that allow new users signing up to be automatically associated with a Vendor Organization: Domain Matching and Domain Discoverability. These can be found on the Euna Supplier Hub, under Account Settings > My Team:
Allow Domain Matching
This allows users to enter domains that the system automatically suggests for them to join. Use this when you want users with an existing email to find that an organization is available for them to join, without it being discoverable by searching for the business name. In the screenshot above, the example gobonfire.com means anyone signing up with a @gobonfire.com email address is matched to this Organization.
Allow Domain Discoverability
This allows users to search for your organization name when signing up with Euna Procurement. Signing up this way sends a request to the administrator, who must approve it before the user can join. An admin might want to allow users to find and request to join their organizations on sign up, but Domain Matching might not be an option if they have a generic email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc).
