Join or Create a Company

After login, the platform checks if your company already exists in the network (and if it’s ‘discoverable’).

You can:

  • Join an existing company if it appears in the search and the admin has enabled matching
  • Create a new company if it's not listed

To learn more about creating and joining a company, see our guide: Vendor Registration

After selecting “Create New Company”, you will be asked to enter detailed business information. This information is used by agencies to find your organization, understand your services, and evaluate your suitability for public procurement opportunities.

Subscription Plan Selection

After entering your business information, you will be asked to choose a subscription plan. Euna Supplier Network offers two tiers: Free and Pro. You must select one before proceeding.

Free Plan

The Free plan is ideal for vendors who want to get started at no cost and still access core functionality. This plan includes:

  • The ability to find and bid on open government contracts
  • Bid on opportunities for free
  • The option to be discovered and invited by agencies
  • The ability to invite colleagues from your company to collaborate on opportunities

This plan is permanently free and provides the basic tools necessary to participate in procurement processes.

Pro Plan

From $49 USD/year

The Pro plan is designed for vendors who want to go beyond basic discovery and maximize their access to opportunities. If you are starting to engage in more Government Contracts this is something you should consider

Includes everything in the Free plan, plus:

  • Personalized bid recommendations based on your keywords and commodity codes
  • Advanced search tools to browse and filter all public opportunities
  • Access to 100,000+ more open contracts per year across the network

If you're not ready to upgrade, you can continue with the Free plan and explore the platform. Upgrading to Pro can be done at any time from your account settings.

Note: Personalized bid recommendations and advanced opportunity search are not available in the Free plan and will not appear on your dashboard unless you upgrade.

Defining Sales Territory

In this step, you'll define where your company provides goods or services, so agencies in those locations can find and invite you to bid. Your territory selections are also used to power recommendation features (for Pro users) and visibility across the platform.

You can build your service area by selecting:

  • Country
  • State or Province
  • Region
  • County

All selections are added to a shopping-cart-style list and can be modified at any time.

Example: Selecting Service Areas in Texas

If your business serves Texas, you’ll have flexible options to define your territory in detail.

  • Country-Level
    • Add “United States” to indicate you serve nationally.
  • State-Level
    • Choose “Texas” if you serve the entire state.
      • A bundled state-level selection may offer cost savings compared to adding each region individually.
  • Region-Level
    • Texas is divided into multiple geographic regions on the platform, each representing a cluster of counties. Some examples:
      • Houston Area – $200
      • Central Texas – $250

You can choose one or multiple regions, depending on your coverage area.

County-Level

For businesses with highly localized service areas, you can select individual counties instead of entire regions.

Example counties in Central Texas include:

  • Travis – $50
  • Williamson – $50
  • Bastrop – $50
  • Hays – $50

This is especially helpful for small or specialized vendors who operate in a handful of counties.

NOTE: If you choose a full region, all of its counties are automatically included. If you only serve a few areas, you can manually pick specific counties to control your costs and targeting.

Once you’ve built your service area, it will appear in your cart with pricing and coverage summaries.

Note: Territory selection does not affect your ability to bid as a free vendor

Important Note for Free Vendors:
If you’ve selected the Free plan, you are still required to select the locations where your business operates — such as countries, states, regions, or counties — so agencies can find and invite you to bid.

While Pro users see pricing tied to each location, Free vendors will only see “Add to cart” buttons when building their sales territory.

You are not charged for selecting service areas under the Free tier. These selections simply make it easier for agencies to find you. A supplier will still be able to see all agencies across the Agency Explorer, despite what regions they select.

If you choose to upgrade to Pro in the future, your existing location selections will then reflect pricing as part of the subscription.

Adding Keywords and Commodity Codes

The final step in your registration is configuring Recommendation Settings, which help agencies find your business and match you to relevant projects based on what you offer.

This section is where you define the goods and services your company provides using:

  • Keywords
  • Commodity Codes

These selections enhance your profile visibility and improve targeting—especially for Pro users who receive personalized opportunity recommendations via email.

Keywords

Start by entering keywords that describe your products or services. These should be general terms that agencies might use when searching for vendors like you.

Example keywords:

  • “Construction”
  • “Paving”
  • “Printing Services”
  • “HVAC Maintenance”
  • “Office Supplies”

You can add as many as needed, and they can be updated at any time. We recommend you use simple, widely-recognized terms to ensure better matches.

If no keywords have been added yet, you’ll see “You currently have no keywords.”

Keywords are utilized to populate the "Suggested Commodity Code" section, assisting users in efficiently filtering their commodity codes to find the most accurate match. For Pro Suppliers, keywords serve as the foundation for Bid Leads (or personalized bid recommendations) they receive.

Commodity Codes

Once you've added keywords, the system will suggest Commodity Codes that align with those terms. These codes are used by public agencies to categorize goods and services in procurement databases.

If no keywords are entered yet, you’ll see:

“You currently do not have any suggested Commodity Codes available. Please add some keywords above to activate this.”

After entering keywords, you’ll be able to:

  • View suggested codes
  • Browse additional code sets
  • Manually select the codes that best describe your offerings

Note: If you’re unsure what a commodity code means; or need details of each commodity codes - hover over or click on it to see a description.

For Pro plan subscribers, this setup will drive bid recommendations via email.

For Free vendors, this information still helps agencies discover your profile, but does not trigger recommendation emails or dashboard suggestions.

Registering to ESN from an Agency Portal:

Agencies may have additional registration requirements beyond your general profile.

Once your organization profile is created (i.e. the steps indicated above), you’ll be redirected to complete any agency-specific steps, which may include:

  • Additional custom questions
  • Required documents
  • Compliance certifications

Accessing the Vendor Portal

If you’re logged in, you’ll see this button on agency portals using which you can easily navigate to your Euna Supplier Portal

After completing your registration, you’ll land on the Euna Supplier Network dashboard—your central hub for tracking activity across your agency relationships.

For Free users: your dashboard includes the following widgets (tiles), each showing real-time counts and supported by tooltips that explain their purpose:

Dashboard Widgets

  • Invitations
View the number of active invitations to participate in bids or agency registrations.
  • Work in Progress
Track opportunities you’ve started but haven’t yet submitted.
  • Submitted
See how many bids you’ve successfully submitted.
  • Awarded
Displays awarded opportunities associated with your account.
  • Contracts
Shows any post-award contracts and assignments from agencies.

Each widget updates dynamically as you interact with the platform and agencies.

Tooltips are available by hovering over each widget, offering a short explanation of what the count represents and how to take action.

Pro Feature: My Recommendations

You will also see a “My Recommendations” tile on the dashboard, but it is not active for Free plan users. Instead, you’ll see a Pro feature prompt such as: “Don’t just rely on governments trying to find you. Unlock daily bid recommendations tailored to your business.”

This tile is locked until you upgrade to Pro and configure your Recommendation Settings.

Agency Explorer

As a Pro vendor, you also have access to the Agency Explorer—a powerful tool that lets you search, filter, and connect with Network agencies, posting bids through Euna Procurement. Free Vendors can still search all government agencies registered with Bonfire

What You Can Do with Agency Explorer:

  • View and click through pages of agency portals, listed in alphabetical order, including their name and region
  • Filter by Country or State/Province to narrow your results
  • Click on Public Agency Profiles to go to their portal, helping you identify open opportunities that may be of interest. On applicable Projects you can see past opportunities and Public Contracts.
  • See Which Agencies You’re Registered With, including the status of your profile (e.g., Incomplete, Pending, Submitted)
  • Start Registration with new agencies directly from their portals

This tool helps you identify high-potential agency customers and expand your reach—even before you're invited to bid.

Tip: Use this to proactively register with agencies that align with your service areas and specialties, increasing your chances of receiving invitations.

My Network

Here, you can find the agencies you do business with. Note that if you have viewed bids from an agency, it may appear here.

Account Settings and Subscription Options

You can access your settings to:

  • Update contact or organization details
  • Manage user preferences
  • Upgrade to Pro for additional features

Free vendors do not have access to:

  • The “My Recommendations” dashboard section
  • Keyword-based recommendation emails

These features become available once upgraded to the Pro Plan.

My Tasks

Agencies may assign tasks to vendors with active contracts. These will appear under the “My Tasks” section.

Submitting Bids

All vendors—regardless of plan—can:

  • View open opportunities
  • Download documents
  • Submit proposals through the platform

There are no charges for viewing or submitting to bids on Euna Supplier Network.

  • Quickly register and create a searchable organization profile
