Before You Submit

A successful Submission starts well before the deadline. Before you begin preparing your Submission documents, we recommend reviewing the Project Details and Supporting Documentation carefully - this includes the available documents, any mandatory fields, and the submission deadline listed in the Project.

Submitting Your Proposal

When you are ready to submit, Euna Procurement guides you through uploading your documents and completing your Submission step-by-step. Your progress automatically saves as you go, and you can return to it at any time before the deadline.

Note

Euna Procurement has been moving to a new Submission Builder flow. If you are not sure if you are submitting to a Legacy or Submission Builder project, please review both Vendor Submissions with Solicitation Builder and Creating and Uploading a Legacy Submission. If you still require assistance, please contact Euna Procurement Support with screenshots of the submission screen.

After You Submit

Once your proposal is submitted, you will receive an emailed confirmation and your Submission will be visible in your vendor portal. You also have the option to revise your Submission before the deadline, and there are a few things to keep in mind before doing so.
