Registering allows the project owner to maintain a record of each person who downloaded the project documents, as well as providing an audit trail in the background that Euna Procurement could retrieve in case of any errors or disputes.
Having vendors register before participating in opportunities also allows Euna Procurement to facilitate easy and private communication between the buyer and vendors.
