Resetting Your Password
To reset your password, follow these steps:
- Navigate to any Portal, then click Login at the top right.
- Enter your email address, then click Submit.
- After clicking Submit, the Forgot password? link appears:
- Click the Forgot password? link to access the recovery screen.
- Click Submit to trigger a Recovery Code. You will then receive a confirmation message that a recovery code has been sent to your email:
- Check your email for the recovery code. It will be sent from: no-reply@gobonfire.com with the subject line: Recover access to your Bonfire account.
- Enter the code on the recovery screen, then click Submit.
- After entering the recovery code, you will be taken to the Update Password page. Enter your new password.
- Click the Update button to save your new password. You can now log in with your new credentials!
Troubleshooting Your Password
The most common causes of being unable to log into your account after your password has been reset is one of the following:
Check your autofill settings or try a different browser. If you are using a password manager, you may be able to view a history of generated passwords. Please review your password manager's documentation for further details. For example, if you are using Google Chrome as your browser, please review Google's help documentation: Manage passwords in Chrome
Please double check your entered email address's spelling to ensure a match. You must also enter the account's Login email, not your Vendor Contact email or any other email address.
