There are two options that will allow new users signing up to be automatically associated with a Vendor Organization; Domain Matching and Domain Discoverability. These can be found on the Euna Supplier Hub, under Account Settings > My Team:
Allow Domain Matching
This allows users to enter domains that the system will automatically suggest for them to join. This would be when you want users with an existing email to find that there is an organization available for them to join, but not discoverable by simply searching for the business name. In the screenshot above, the example gobonfire.com would mean anyone signing up with a @gobonfire.com email address will be matched to this Organization.
Allow Domain Discoverability
This allows users to search for your organization name when signing up with Bonfire. A request is then made to the administrator and must be approved before the user can join. An admin might want to allow users to find and request to join their organizations on sign up, but domain matching might not be an option if they have a generic email (gmail, yahoo, etc).
